Attention San Francisco DRX 9000 spinal regeneration patients: By popular demand, I have made a handout of the plant based foods that you can purchase in a can, jar, or box, so you can get started right away. These are my personal favorites. Please supplement with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. A link to this  handout will remain on our home page. It is entitled "Nutritional Quick Start List".
